We may at times revise & alter these terms & conditions without notice, so please refer to them frequently.

While using https://www.heartnsoulretreats.co.nz/ you agree not to interfere with the operations of the website or gain unauthorised access to any non-publicised information. We do not grant you to:
• Transmit any offensive, unlawful or otherwise objectionable material in any form
• Post or reproduce material you do not have the right to use
• Impersonate any person or entity or your relationship with them
• Post unauthorised advertising or promotional material in any form on https://www.heartnsoulretreats.co.nz/

These Terms & Conditions apply to all retreats hosted by Heart n Soul Retreats (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a retreat, you (“guest,” “participant,” “you”) agree to the following:

1. Deposits & Payments

• Bali Retreats (3 nights): A non-refundable deposit of AUD $500 is required to confirm your place. The final balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your retreat start date.

• New Zealand Retreats: A non-refundable deposit of AUD $150 is required to confirm your place. The final balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your retreat start date.

• If you are booking within 6 weeks of your retreat start date, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

2. Travel Insurance & Liability

• All guests are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, which must cover:

  • Medical treatment abroad

  • Trip cancellation insurance that protects both you and Heart n Soul Retreats if a retreat is cancelled by either party

• Proof of valid insurance is required prior to participation.

• Guests must also sign a liability waiver prior to attending.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your retreat for any reason, the following applies:

• More than 12 weeks before the retreat start date:

  • You may transfer your booking to another retreat date within 12 months, or

  • Forfeit your deposit and receive a refund of any additional payments already made.

• Within 12 weeks of the retreat start date:

  • All payments made are non-refundable.

• All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

4. Retreat Cancellations by Heart n Soul Retreats

• If we must cancel a retreat for any reason, you will receive a refund of all monies paid for the retreat package.

• We are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for cancelled retreats (e.g., airline tickets, travel visas, vaccinations), nor for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, illness, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Transfers & Age Requirements

• Retreat reservations are fully transferable to another female guest over the age of 21, provided they attend the same date and package.

• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to attend our retreats.

6. Program Changes

• The retreat schedule, meals, and included activities may change at any time without notice.

• The most current program and inclusions listed on the website at the time of each retreat will apply.

• Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of booking is binding.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your deposit and booking a retreat with Heart n Soul Retreats, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Nasty comments and personal attacks are not welcome, and those making them will be blocked. https://www.heartnsoulretreats.co.nz/ reserves the right to edit or delete any comments without notice. Comments intending to spam or advertise will also be deleted.

You have the right to a 5 days cooling off period in accordance with Australian consumer law (if that law is applicable to you).
However, handling and shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Limitations of liabilities
Subject to our obligations by law, we are not liable to you or anybody else for any loss or damage, indirect, consequential or incidental.
https://www.heartnsoulretreats.co.nz/ shall not be liable for any delay in performing its obligations as set out in these terms & conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control, but will endeavour to complete the transaction as soon as possible.

Heart N Soul shall not be liable for any and all damage that the buyer causes by using the product or information contained on this website that results in a damage claim.
