At the end of each month, we invite you to join our community-based Embodied Movement session. This is a heart-led space designed for you to move, release, and reconnect with yourself.

To secure your spot, please sign up. Once registered, bank details will be emailed to you for payment. Spaces are limited, so please make your payment before the session.
